Welcome to The Neuro Studio Online, operated by The NeuroRehab Movement LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our websites (https://www.theneurostudio-online.com and https://www.theneurostudio.com/), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. MEMBERSHIP & SUBSCRIPTIONS

We offer three membership types: Patient, Practitioner, and Premier Practitioner.
Memberships auto-renew monthly or annually.
From time-to-time we may offer discounted or free trial periods, at the end of such periods memberships will revert to a standard subscription and auto-renew monthly.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided.

By signing up for a membership, you agree to our Participation Policy.

2. COURSES & WORKSHOPS

Users may also purchase one-time courses and workshops.
No refunds are provided for workshops or courses with the exception of our Pilates for Neurological Conditions course.
For Pilates for Neurological Conditions, a full refund will be provided if the following conditions are met:

All course content has been completed within 30 days of purchase
You did not learn anything new or useful from the course
You provide us with details of what you have done to implement the course

By signing up for a course or workshop, you agree to our Participation Policy.

3. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & USAGE

All content, including videos, PDFs, manuals, and slides, is owned by The NeuroRehab Movement LLC.
Video content is available for streaming only. PDF materials may be downloaded for personal use.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or publicly display any content without our prior written consent.

4. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

Share your login credentials with others
Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our content
Use our services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

5. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

All content provided is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise or rehabilitation program.

6. AGE REQUIREMENTS

Minors may use the site only with parental or guardian consent. Parents are responsible for supervising their child’s use of the site.

7. PAYMENTS & BILLING

Payments are processed securely via Kajabi, Stripe, and Payments AI.
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscriptions unless canceled.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ENFORCEMENT

We reserve the right to pursue legal action against individuals or entities who infringe upon our copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary content.

9. THIRD PARTY SERVICES & LINKS

We use third-party platforms including Kajabi, Stripe, Payments AI, and Click Funnels. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external services.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through binding arbitration. If unresolved, claims may be brought in the courts of New Jersey.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

PARTICIPATION POLICY

In consideration of my participation in The NeuroRehab Movement LLC (“TNS”) programs and content, related events and activities (collectively, the “Activities”), I hereby acknowledge, appreciate and agree that:

I understand that participation in any physical activity may present risk. I acknowledge that my participation in Activities may present a risk of injury or even death. I understand that the use of exercise equipment also carries with it risk of injury, and that malfunction of equipment resulting in injury is a possibility.

Please confer with your doctor before beginning any exercise program, including those offered by The Neuro Studio. I acknowledge that neither TNS nor its members, managers, employees, instructors, representatives or agents (the “TNS Parties”) are engaged in diagnosing or treating medical diseases or deficiencies. I understand that the Activities are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

I understand that I am solely responsible for determining which Activities, if any, I can participate in based on my skill level and physical and medical condition. I voluntarily agree and consent to participate in the activities and accept and assume all risks, associated with the Activities.

I, my heirs, legatees, trustees, personal and legal representatives, successors and assigns, expressly assume all risks of my participation in the Activities conducted by the TNS Parties and indemnify, release, discharge and hold harmless the The NeuroRehab Movement and its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees and costs, as a result of injuries, property damage or death resulting from the Releasees negligence, my participation in the Activities, or my presence in the premises where the Activities occur, including any physical or emotional injury, including death, or damage to property, but excluding those caused by the willful misconduct, gross negligence or intentional torts of the Releasees. In addition, I acknowledge that the releasees are not responsible or liable for lost, stolen or damaged property in or around the premises.

This Agreement shall be governed under the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any legal action arising hereunder shall be brought and decided exclusively by the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey.

The substantially prevailing party shall be entitled to an award of its fees and costs (including attorneys’ fees) to be paid by the non-prevailing party. If the Court finds any provision of this Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision of the Agreement will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effectuate the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect.

By participating in TNS Activities freely and voluntarily you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and fully understand its terms.

VIRTUAL COURSES

By purchasing a seat in a course or subscribing to The Neuro Studio you agree, without compensation, to permit the The Neuro Studio, its agents, contractors, assigns, employees and students to use, reproduce, exhibit, display, broadcast, distribute and create derivative works using your image or likeness and statements. This permission includes all present and future forms of media and communications. This release shall continue in force until specifically revoked by you in writing.
