âś…Â Day 1 Lab Details –  November 20th, 12pm - 5:30 pmÂ
This one-day immersive lab is focused on improving gait patterns. Prepare to move, explore, and experience our neuro-informed approach to improving the gait cycle. We are excited to share our favorite gait exercises with modifications that you can start using as soon as you get back to your studio.
Throughout the day, you'll dive into:
- Exercises addressing the most common gait issues you will see in your studio or clinic
- Modifications to make sure the exercise addresses your clients' unique needs. We make the exercise fit the client, not the client fit the exercise.
- Balance exercises, because balance is the foundation every gait pattern is built on
- The determinants of walking so you make sure you aren't missing critical pieces of the gait cycle.
- How to address single-sided weakness, and how to modify for it.
- Group settings, and how to bring more gait-focused exercises into them
All three days will be outside London at Hilltop Barns, Hannington or on Zoom, from 12 pm - 5:30 pm GMT.

âś…Â Day 2 Lab Details –  November 21st, 12pm - 5:30 pmÂ
Day 2 is all about YOU. We’re all passionate about our work, but too often our own bodies get pushed to the bottom of the list — workouts postponed for an extra client, discomfort ignored until it becomes a three‑alarm fire. You are your most important asset, and Day 2 is dedicated to protecting that asset.
Get ready for a full day of movement exploration where you’ll identify your primary sensory inputs and finally understand how your system organizes movement. You’ll see detailed demonstrations of assessments and techniques, then move immediately into self‑practice so you can feel the work come alive. Instead of generic cueing, you’ll receive personalized hands‑on feedback from Meghann & Mariska — every correction tailored to your brain’s unique responses, making the shifts unmistakable in your own body.
You’ll also deepen your understanding of:
- Your own sensory preferences
- How Reflexive stability feels in your body and gain confidence using the 4‑Quadrant Stability Model™Â
- How to use your cerebellum to evaluate every cue, sensory input, and movement choice
- How to ensure sensory integration, not disintegration – a common issue when stacking cues or overloading clients
- How to perform active assessments in real time, without stopping the movement or breaking the client’s flow, challenge, or focusÂ
All three days will be outside London at Hilltop Barns, Hannington or on Zoom, from 12 pm - 5:30 pm GMT.

âś…Â Day 3 Lab Details –  November 22nd, 12pm - 5:30 pmÂ
Day 3 is all about Real‑World Application and designed to help you practice, play, and fully integrate the techniques from our Neuro Studio courses with REAL clients . You’ll observe live client demonstrations and practice applying hands‑on techniques with direct feedback from Meghann, Mariska, and the clients.Â
You’ll be challenged to assess in real time, on real bodies, which can feel intimidating, but we will guide you step‑by‑step so your confidence grows from true competency, not theory alone.
You’ll also experience a scientific debrief that goes far beyond a standard Q&A, breaking down what we see in each client, and how those observations can be confirmed or disproven through more precise assessments.Â
By the end of day 3 you will have:
- Sharper assessment skills
- Stronger hands‑on technique
- A deeper understanding of sensory drivers and stability patterns
- More confidence in real‑time decision‑making
- Greater clarity in how to apply advanced strategies with your clients
- And most importantly, the ability to create better, more consistent results for the people you serveÂ
All three days will be outside London at Hilltop Barns, Hannington or on Zoom, from 12 pm - 5:30 pm GMT.
