Day 2 is all about YOU. We’re all passionate about our work, but too often our own bodies get pushed to the bottom of the list — workouts postponed for an extra client, discomfort ignored until it becomes a three‑alarm fire. You are your most important asset, and Day 2 is dedicated to protecting that asset.
Get ready for a full day of movement exploration where you’ll identify your primary sensory inputs and finally understand how your system organizes movement. You’ll see detailed demonstrations of assessments and techniques, then move immediately into self‑practice so you can feel the work come alive. Instead of generic cueing, you’ll receive personalized hands‑on feedback from Meghann & Mariska — every correction tailored to your brain’s unique responses, making the shifts unmistakable in your own body.
By the end of Day 2, you’ll have a clearer internal map of your system and a more refined ability to sense, interpret, and adjust movement with precision. You’ll feel reflexive stability throughout your body and gain confidence using the 4‑Quadrant Stability Model™ for both yourself and your clients. This is the foundation every teacher needs to work effectively with complex clients — and it begins with knowing your own system first.
You’ll also deepen your understanding of:
- Your own sensory preferences
- How to use your cerebellum to evaluate every cue, sensory input, and movement choice
- How to ensure sensory integration, not disintegration – a common issue when stacking cues or overloading clients
- How to perform active assessments in real time, without stopping the movement or breaking the client’s flow, challenge, or focus
Advanced Neuro Lab – a 2‑day immersive experience designed to help you practice, play, and fully integrate the advanced techniques from our Neuro Studio courses.
While each lab has its own rhythm, every participant leaves with a deeper understanding of the work, hands‑on practice, and the clarity that comes from having all their questions answered. You’ll also learn how to integrate the visual and vestibular systems for lasting change, improving balance, gait patterns, and your ability to confidently apply these advanced strategies with every client.
We also offer a Zoom option for those who can’t attend in person. And because of our extensive experience teaching these methods both live and virtually, you won’t be passively watching. You’ll receive direct, personalized feedback from Mariska and a select group of our top Level 3 teachers – practitioners who have completed a year‑long mentorship and continue to study this work at the highest level.

What Makes the Neuro Lab Different?
- Movement Integration: Day 1 is all about you – because we teach best when we can first practice what we preach. You’ll spend the day exploring and embodying the techniques in your own body, building awareness and confidence from the inside out. Each day concludes with a group movement session, giving your brain and body the chance to go “Ahhhhhh” as you integrate and embody everything you’ve learned.
- Hands‑On Practice: Pair up and work with your peers to troubleshoot and find a deeper connection to the work with guidance from Meghann & Mariska .
- Confidence Building: Move beyond understanding concepts and learn to implement them through your unique teaching lens while maintaining the integrity of the Neuro Studio approach.
